We are currently seeking a Client Service Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher to get their foot in the door with a reputed organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to clients and ensuring smooth communication between different departments. They will also be required to liaise with clients on a daily basis and provide updates on projects. A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably business, from any reputed university is required for this role. Marketing majors will be preferred.   • Attending day-to-day Client meetings and understanding their requirement.
  • Product sourcing as per client’s need and onboarding reliable suppliers for different products.
  • Developing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing project/order activities.
  • Gathering market and customer information to identify current and future business opportunities.
  • Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies (Through social media platforms)
  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner companies.
  • Strong monitoring and follow-up of ongoing projects till the successful delivery of the products or services and payment realization.




Skills & Competencies

  • Champion client satisfaction throughout the team and Agency  
  • Manage a set of 3-4 accounts 
  • Establish and develop an open, trusting, long-term relationship with clients 
  • Ability to identify and understand a client’s business needs, goals, and objectives, and then develop effective, measurable strategies and solutions to address them 
  • Effectively translate, communicate and prioritize client business requirements to Agency teams 
  • Engage all appropriate departments in conducting solution development and account planning activities to ensure sound, achievable objectives and strategies are being established  
  • Identify and benchmark key performance metrics; focus on achieving business results for clients 
  • Push the Agency team’s boundaries with regard to creativity, innovation, and solution development 
  • Work to extend the penetration of the Agency and our solution offerings within the client organizations, and increase the revenue potential of each account under management 
  • Continually research and study clients’ businesses, competitors, and competitive landscapes to become a trusted advisor 
  • Keep current on related industry trends as well as competitive product offerings and best practices in order to effectively develop and sell new solutions to clients 
  • Some travel may be required
